The journey always starts by taking that first step. Boulder County Home Watch was founded by Chris McGrath knowing there is a need for qualified and trusted people to help property owners. Many homeowners are wanting more than a neighbor to watch their property and get status updates. As a licensed real estate professional Chris accessed hundreds of properties over the last 20 years. More background: Chris was a volunteer at the Weld County Sherriff's Department. While in his 20's he was a Hotel Manager for Super 8 Motel in Greeley, Co and  Red Lion Hotel in Lewiston, Idaho, so he knows quality control when it comes to short term rental audits. While attending the University of Northern Colorado Chris managed multiple rental properties from 1994 to 1998.

Chris has been a licensed real estate professional for 20 years and is currently a Director for the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS.
